Aliki - Paros

Just 30 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Aliki Beach in Paros, this unique project transformed a former commercial property into a serene residential haven, perfectly attuned to the rhythms of island life.

The design reimagined the existing structure into four stylish, self-contained apartments, each carefully crafted to embrace natural light, sea breezes, and the effortless charm of the Cycladic landscape. In addition, two newly built houses were constructed at the rear of the plot, creating a total of six beautifully appointed residences that offer privacy while remaining connected to the heart of the property.

At the center of the complex lies a striking swimming pool, the social and visual centerpiece around which the residences gently revolve. The pool area, bathed in the Aegean sun, is designed to invite relaxation, social gatherings, and a continuous connection to the laid-back island atmosphere.

The development also offers ample outdoor parking, ensuring both convenience and unobstructed access for residents and guests.

Every aspect of this project was conceived to blend seamlessly with its coastal setting, from the material choices to the open, breezy layouts. The result is a harmonious fusion of modern comfort and authentic island living, just steps from the sea.
