Located on the 4th floor of a seaside building in the sought-after Glyfada beach area, this apartment has been thoughtfully renovated into a modern, cozy retreat with a distinct beach-inspired ambiance. With its stunning sea views and relaxed atmosphere, the space perfectly balances coastal charm with contemporary living.

The renovation focused on enhancing comfort while introducing natural textures and a fresh, open aesthetic. The original wooden floors were carefully restored, bringing warmth and authenticity to the space. A curated mix of bespoke and imported furniture was introduced, with select pieces custom-designed by Lemondose Studio and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Athens, creating a seamless dialogue between international style and local craftsmanship.

The apartment’s functionality was also carefully upgraded. In the basement, custom-made storage units were built to accommodate bicycles and surfboards, perfectly catering to an active, seaside lifestyle.

The kitchen was fully renovated with sleek Corian countertops, offering both durability and minimalist elegance. The bathrooms were modernized with a practical facelift - replacing traditional bathtubs with spacious, walk-in showers to better suit contemporary living and enhance the feeling of lightness throughout.

Throughout the apartment, the design embraces simplicity, natural tones, and tactile materials that evoke the relaxed spirit of beachside living while providing the comfort and sophistication of a modern home.
